Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PersonaProxy AI (the "Service"), operated by syint999@gmail.com("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PersonaProxy AI trains an AI "digital twin" on writing samples you provide, and uses it to draft replies and engagement content in your voice. Every draft the Service produces requires your explicit approval before it is used anywhere — the Service does not autonomously post content to any connected platform.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the training material you provide and for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Plans, billing, and free trials

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans (currently Starter at $6/month and Pro at $35/month), each beginning with a 14-day free trial. Payment is collected by our payment processor, Stripe, and requires a valid payment method at signup. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid, recurring subscription and you will be charged the plan price at the start of each billing period.

You can view invoices, update your payment method, change plans, or cancel at any time from the Billing page, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the writing samples, files, and links you submit to train your digital twin ("Training Content") and of the drafts the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process Training Content solely to operate and improve the Service for your account. You represent that you have the right to submit your Training Content and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Impersonate another real person without their consent, or create a digital twin of someone else;
Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or violates a connected platform's own terms of service;
Attempt to circumvent the Service's review-before-send design by automating approval of drafts without human review;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Third-party platforms

Where you connect a third-party social platform, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account there.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts may contain errors or inaccuracies — you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is used publicly.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
